The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, which correspond to twice the inverse of the daily performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in financial
instruments with economic characteristics that should be inverse to those of the index. It may employ leveraged investment techniques in seeking its investment objective. The fund is nondiversified.

To end the week the (EEV) Ultra Short Emerging Market ETF ended the week trading at $11.76 up $1.18 or 11.15% on heavier than average upside volume of 10.8 million. The average weekly trading volume for the (EEV) is 9.8 miilion. If the market
